Watch the vlog: Cloud Delivery and its Business and Operational Implications
The brief from my client, Flexiion MSP, was to create a short video that focused on the non-technical issues associated with Cloud delivery. The objective was to provide a clear point of differentiation between Flexiion MSP and other Cloud providers that, more often than not, focused simply on the technical aspects of Cloud.
This differentiation strategy helps extend the discussion about Cloud beyond the IT department and into the boardroom, presenting Cloud as a mission-critical business issue for al CxOs.
So is Cloud delivery easy? Do businesses simply need to ‘sign up’ to one Cloud hyper-scaler to get all they need – job done, nothing to worry about? At Flexiion MSP we’d suggest that this is not the case and speaking to our customers and many other business decision makers it’s increasingly clear that they don’t think it is either.
In this short video, Peter Osborn, founder and chairman of Flexiion MSP talks about the issues of Cloud delivery, but most importantly, he looks at the business implications of Cloud – what should organisations be considering when planning, implementing and running customer services that rely on Cloud services?
